They’re meant to help buyers imagine what’s possible. They are not construction plans, specifications, quotes, or a guarantee of what can be built — actual layouts, materials and pricing depend on an in-person assessment of the space.
Your privacy & how this page measures use
- No sign-up. You don’t need to give us any personal information to create or download a design.
- Your photo is sent to our AI providers (OpenAI and Google) only to create the design. It isn’t stored unless you request an estimate.
- Realtor links. If you arrived through a realtor’s link (it contains
?agent=), we note which realtor referred you so the referral is credited. This is kept in a first-party cookie for 30 days — or only for this visit if your browser sends Global Privacy Control or Do Not Track. - Measuring the program. We count visits, designs, downloads and estimate requests using random IDs stored in your browser. No names, email addresses or IP addresses are stored with these counts. With Global Privacy Control or Do Not Track on, we don’t keep a returning-visitor ID.
- Estimate requests are optional. If you send one, we receive what you enter, the design and your selections, and the referring realtor (if any), and use them only to prepare your estimate and follow up. Your realtor never sees your contact details; if you tick the optional box, they see your name, the date and the design in their monthly summary.
- This site also uses Google Analytics and Microsoft Clarity as described in our Privacy Policy. We don’t sell your information.
