Job Responsibilities

As a Project Manager at Steinegg Cabinets, you will be integral to ensuring that every project meets our high standards of quality and efficiency. Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Quoting Jobs: Use company-specific software to accurately quote projects, ensuring transparency and no hidden fees.
  • Designing Jobs: Ensure that all designs meet our standards for form and function, creating spaces that are both beautiful and practical.
  • Ordering Materials: Manage the procurement of materials, ensuring that everything needed for each project is sourced on time and within budget.
  • Programming CNC Router: Program the CNC router to create precision components, leveraging Swiss accuracy and efficiency.
  • Quality Control: Implement rigorous quality control measures to ensure that every project meets our high standards of craftsmanship.
  • Supporting Team: Provide support to the team during the manufacturing and installation processes, ensuring smooth operations and resolving any issues that arise.
  • Job Analysis: Conduct thorough job analysis to assess performance, identify areas for improvement, and ensure continuous innovation.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in project management, preferably in the custom millwork or cabinetry industry.
  • Strong proficiency with project management software and CNC programming.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills.
  • Attention to detail and commitment to quality.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Passion for craftsmanship and quality, with an understanding of the custom millwork industry being a plus.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $38.00-$45.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week

Additional pay:

  • Project management: 3 years (preferred)
